Back to work ↗AI Flight Safety Monitoring System
An organizational prototype exploring how AI could support the analysis of information and workflows related to flight safety.
Context
The project started in an organizational environment during military service as an exploration of AI-assisted flight-safety monitoring.
Problem
The opportunity was to connect operational information with intelligent analysis to support monitoring and decision-making.
Constraints
The work lived inside an organizational context with sensitive operational information and depended on institutional follow-through beyond the prototype itself.
Decisions
Frame AI as an analysis layer supporting operational review rather than as an autonomous decision-maker, and keep the prototype focused on connecting data, workflow and interpretable output.
Build
Part of the product and system design was implemented before organizational follow-up stopped.
Result
Although unfinished, the prototype became an important step in combining AI, organizational operations and system design in one product context.
Lessons
AI work becomes useful only when it is attached to a clear operational process, ownership model and continuation path.
